Ordering & Delivery Information
Delivery is for Carroll Hospital Center patients and staff only; we do not ship to addresses outside of the hospital campus.
For your convenience, orders may be placed online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Orders will be delivered to patients at Carroll Hospital Center Monday through Friday,
from 9 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. EST.
Orders received online after 7:30 p.m. will be delivered the next business day. If received on Saturday or Sunday, your online order will be delivered on Monday.
Orders received on holidays will be delivered the next business day after 9 a.m. EST.
Weekend Deliveries
Weekend deliveries are available by calling the Gift Shop directly before 3:30 p.m. on the day of desired delivery at
410-871-6670.
Note: If you place your order online on a Saturday or Sunday, it will not be delivered until Monday.
Processing of Orders
Once the recipient of your order has been verified as a patient at Carroll Hospital Center, your order will be delivered the same day, provided your order is placed before 7:30 p.m.
If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest
opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
If we are unable to locate the patient or the patient has been discharged before we process your order, you
will be notified by phone or e-mail.
